About Toast Linker

Toast Linker is proprietary desktop software developed for My Garden Cafe. It reduces repetitive accounting work and improves consistency when transferring completed daily accounting information from Toast POS to QuickBooks Online.
How it works
An authorized user selects a completed business date. Toast Linker retrieves accounting reports for configured restaurant locations, validates each proposed journal entry, applies the appropriate QuickBooks account and class references, and posts authorized entries to the applicable QuickBooks Online companies.
The application performs balance checks, verifies required mappings, prevents processing of today or future dates, checks for duplicate document numbers, and reads posted entries back from QuickBooks Online for verification.
Intended users
Toast Linker is intended only for authorized owners, employees, and agents of My Garden Cafe and affiliated entities. It is not a public software service.
Third-party services
Toast Linker communicates with Toast and Intuit QuickBooks Online only as directed and authorized by the user. Toast and Intuit operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
